A California man slammed the hypocrisy of the Black Lives Matter movement for ignoring his case when his son was murdered by an illegal immigrant.
Jamiel Shaw asked where the Black Lives Matter movement was when his 17-year-old son was shot and killed in March 2008 by an illegal immigrant and gang member, telling “Fox & Friends” on Sunday that supporters of the group only care if a police officer is involved in the death of a black person.

“It seems like Black Lives Matter only focuses on black people who were murdered by the police,” Shaw said.
“You know, my son was murdered in 2008, and I reached out to anybody that would listen, especially black people, because I thought for sure I would have a lot of support in the black community,” he said. “But, because of the illegal aliens and the way they get all the support in California, no one would jump on board because they didn’t want to have to, you know, justify the illegal-alien part. So, they just let me go by myself.”
Shaw recounted the horror of finding his son, Jamiel Shaw Jr., lying limp on the ground, “still holding his cell phone,” after being shot by Pedro Espinoza, who allegedly mistook him for a member of a rival gang. Espinoza was eventually convicted and sentenced to death but Shaw explained how his appeal for support from different groups and community leaders fell on mostly deaf ears.
“So I ended up being a conservative because that’s who reached out to me, the Republican people, conservative people started coming to me, and I started seeing through the liberals and the DEMs that they were just trying to use me,” he said, calling out the double standard on the left and the BLM movement.
“It just let me know that all black people should matter,” he said. “Shouldn’t be just if you’re murdered by the police like it’s some kind of death lottery, like, ‘yeah, I won. I was murdered by the police, so we get something out of it.’ Everybody else just gets screwed and has to sit on the sidelines and pretend like, you know, they’re getting over it.”
When my Son was Murdered I reached out to every so called Black leader in L.A. to get help with the Murder of my son. Every one of them was in the bed with the illegal aliens. BLM and Black Politicians in L.A. only support Black people who were Murdered by the Police, Period

Shaw noted that when his son was murdered and he was trying to bring attention to California’s immigration policies, it seemed everyone was accusing him of “being used by the white man.”
“Anything but ‘I’m mad because my son was murdered,’ you know? And as it goes on, they start feeling that the only way you can basically survive is you have to act like, you know, like you’ve been victimized by other people,” he told the “Fox & Friends” hosts.
“You see Black Lives Matter, if you’re killed by the police, it’s okay. We can tear down and burn down buildings, but if you’re murdered by an illegal alien, you have to be quiet because ‘they’re on our side,’” Shaw continued, explaining how the Latino community was portrayed as an ally against white people.
“Well they ain’t on my side. My son was murdered by an illegal alien from Mexico while his mother was in Iraq,” he pointed out.
Do not surrender to the MOB, they are bullies, no matter how many loons you see in the streets, we are the majority! We out number them, we do not have to bow to the BLM throne, either way you look at it we r screwed, might as well Fight Back!

“It’s sad because, you know, when my son was murdered, I really thought — because we had three black city councilmen, council people, and I really thought I’d have support. And when I went to each one of them individually, one of them told me I was being used by the white man, one of them told me I have a kind of exclusivity on murder, and the other one told me that I opened up a hornets’ nest,” Shaw said Sunday.
“And I was, like, what did I do? My son is murdered, I come to you guys for help. I’m not saying you gotta put him in jail or run down illegal alien gang members, but have some compassion,” he said adding that the Black Lives Matter movement is “leaving out everybody that has been murdered not by the police.”
“And it’s not fair to our loved ones, you know? We’re not out in the street. Do you think I didn’t feel like enraged my son was dead? I didn’t go out and pick on every illegal immigrant, every illegal alien in the city of L.A.,” Shaw noted.
“It’s not fair when I watch on TV. The only reason they care is that they’re killed by the police, and then they get to tear down the city, burn up everything, loot everything, and nobody’s going to jail,” he said. “The people who need help get nothing.
